Shipping policy

Please note that due to the current situation, there are significant delays in the postal system and Express Shipping is not guaranteed next day delivery.

We make every effort to reduce the cost of shipping whenever possible while still maintaining the estimated delivery time stated during the checkout process. If we are able to substantially reduce the actual cost compared to what the customer paid during checkout, the difference will be refunded.

In most cases we use USPS as the carrier of choice.

Unfortunately loss, theft, or damages sometimes occur during shipment. Once packages are accepted by the carrier we are no longer responsible for them. To protect yourself, we encourage you to accept the Navidium Shipping Protections offered in your shopping cart. Please contact us immediately at sherry@lyric-lane.com if you experience any loss, theft, or damage to your package in order to initiate a claim.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

At this time we are not offering shipping outside of North America. We continue to monitor shipping costs and relevant regulations in the hopes of offering our products world wide in the future.

FREE SHIPPING:

Orders totaling $50 or more in products, not including shipping, taxes, insurance or wholesale orders, are eligible for free shipping in the United States. These orders will be shipped by the carrier service of our choice.

PACKAGING:

All possible care will be taken to ensure your order is wrapped and packed to limit any chance of breakages and spillages during transit. All orders will be packed in boxes along with packing materials to keep the items cushioned.

In the unfortunate event of a breakage, please contact me within 48-hours of the order being received with pictures of the damage to discuss our options.

LOCAL PICKUP:

Local Pickup is available for our neighbors in the West Plains, MO 65775 area. When this option is chosen, I will contact you to determine the most convenient date and time.

DISCLAIMER:

It is your responsibility to advise correct shipping details when purchasing from us. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your order to the address specified on the order. We do not accept liability, whether for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising due to you (the customer) providing an incorrect address.
